Academic Senate: Executive Committee
The Chair of the Executive Committee is the chair of the Senate. The members of the Executive Committee are the principal officers of the Senate. The Committee chairs shall call and preside at meetings of their specific Committees. Consistent with appropriate confidentiality and legal propriety, they shall make full and complete reports to the Senate of such meetings, with written reports of the proceedings of their meetings to the Secretary.
