Welcome to a new and exciting year at the University of Portland! The coming months will be filled with fun, exciting, and sometimes hectic experiences.

Being a commuter student presents many challenges that other students living on campus do not face. Daily, we need to worry about what time to get to school, what to do between classes, where to eat, and how to get involved in student activities and clubs. I know that I worried about all of these things and more during my freshman and sophomore years as a commuter student. To make your transition into becoming a Pilot as smooth as possible, we have put together a power point to help you navigate your way around the Bluff.

Be sure to check out what we have planned for you during Orientation Weekend. It is a great opportunity to meet fellow commuter students and learn about life on the Bluff.  I hope these resources will help you transition into life as a Pilot at the University of Portland.
