Student Activities: St. Mary's Student Center

St. Mary's houses the Office of Student Activities, the Moreau Center for Service and Leadership, the Beacon, the Log, and the Associated Students of the University of Portland (ASUP) including the Campus Program Board and ADvantage, the student-run publicity service.

The Center has a large lounge, which is the scene of many student organization meetings and student events during the evenings and weekends.  To use the lounge for an evening or weekend activity please contact your club advisor or the Office of Student Activities.  During the weekdays, St. Mary's Lounge is mostly devoted to individual or group study.  In or near the lounge there are a number of amenities primarily for the convenience of commuter students, including adult students, for their use between classes during the day: a microwave, a refrigerator, a local telephone, e-mail terminals, and wireless networking for personal laptop computers.

Every Wednesday night from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m., St. Mary's Student Center hosts Espresso UP.  Come by for a free cup of coffee!
