Re-Admit Applicants 

        Many students who have been previously enrolled in a degree-seeking undergraduate program at University of Portland and plan on returning to complete their degree at UP will need to reapply through our Office of Admissions.  When you left UP, if you were granted a Leave of Absence, you may not have to reapply. Please call the Office of the Registrar (503-943-7321) for information on your re-admit status.

         After contacting the Office of the Registrar, if you need to reapply, please print out the application below and send it to the Office of Admissions.  If you attended another university or college after you left UP, we will need those official college transcripts in order to process your application.
