Checklist

• An application (either online or a printed form)
  
• Official high school transcripts
• Official SAT or ACT scores
• Counselor or teacher recommendation
• Essay
• $50 application fee (make checks payable to the University of Portland)

*Applicants interested in nursing must complete one year of chemistry by the end of their senior year and must declare nursing as their intended major on this application.
