Admissions: ROTC Non-Degree Seeking

If you are currently enrolled in an undergraduate Air Force or Amy ROTC program, and your institution has a cross-town agreement with University of Portland, you may be eligible to enroll in ROTC courses here on campus. To learn more about this program, please call or email either our Air Force ROTC or Army ROTC Detachment:

Application Instructions:

1. Fill out this application and specify that you are an Air Force or Army ROTC student.
2. Once you have finished the application, print the application packet for your records.   Within 24 hours of submission, your application will be sent to either Air Force or Army ROTC.
3. Fill out the registration form in your application packet and send it via email to:
