Checklist
- An application (either online or a printed form)
- Official high school transcripts
- Official SAT or ACT scores
- Counselor or teacher recommendation
- Essay
- $50 application fee (make checks payable to the University of Portland)
*Applicants interested in nursing must complete one year of chemistry by the end of their senior year and must declare nursing as their intended major on this application.
