Admissions: Transfer Application Checklist

Please submit all of your application materials to:

Your application to the University of Portland will not be considered complete until you have submitted all that are applicable:

• An application form (either online or a printed form)
• Official college transcripts
• Official high school transcripts (if fewer than 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours at the time of application)
• Official SAT or ACT scores (if fewer than 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours at the time of application)
• Essay (for education and nursing majors)
• $50 Application Fee (make checks payable to the University of Portland)
