Current Timeline

February 1 - Preferred deadline to submit the Free Application For Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to the federal processor.

February - UP is on Facebook! Join UP's Facebook Group to ask questions of current UP students and meet fellow accepted students!

Mid-February - An Enrollment Packet , including the Freshman Enrollment Confirmation Form, and Freshman Housing Application, will be mailed to all accepted students. To confirm your enrollment at the University of Portland, please return the enrollment confirmation form along with your $400 deposit by May 1st to the Office of Admissions. Transfer students will receive a Transfer Enrollment Packet and will need to return the Transfer Enrollment Confirmation Form. Nursing transfer students will need to return the Nursing Transfer Enrollment Confirmation Form.

March 9 thru 17 - Spring Receptions held in a city near you!

April 13 and 14 - Weekend on the Bluff for Accepted Students

May 1 - Postmark deadline for enrollment confirmation (registration and housing deposit).
