All changes to on campus meal plans happen at the Office of Residence Life. To make any changes call them at 503-943-7205 or go to Buckley Center Room 101.
What happens when I write a Napkin Note?Every time you stick a napkin with your witty banter on the board it does not just sit there. Our beloved General Manager, Kirk Mustain, takes them down and reads them. Kirk personally will respond to the notes and post them back up for your reading enjoyment. Don't be offended if your note does not get put back up on the board. Kirk is a very busy man and while not every note can get a public response, he does read every note. No worries.
When do my meals reset for the week?Every Monday morning your meal plan resets. This means that starting Monday morning you are given a certain number of opportunities to visit us in the Commons. These wonderful opportunities are based on your meal plan of choice.
What is the difference between Cove Points and Munch Money?Cove Points are the dollar value placed on your card when you purchase a meal plan. Cove Points can carry over from 1st semester to the second but disappear at the end of the school year. Munch Money is any money that is added to your card, in addition to your meal plan, during the year. Munch Money will carry over until you graduate from the university or no longer work here. Both amounts work the same, dollar for dollar, in the Commons and the Cove. Just specify to the cashier that you are using Points vs. Munch Money.
