Campus Ministry: Catholic UP
Catholic UP is a group of students dedicated to building a God-centered community on campus in order to help students learn and grow in their faith as young Catholic adults.
Programs:
Praise and Fellowship - Monday night at 9pm in St. Andre Chapel, join students singing praise and worship songs and engaging in discussion about how to live lives of faith to the fullest.
Coffee and Catholicism - Every other Wednesday at 7:30pm in the Upper Room in the Chapel of Christ the Teacher; local pastoral theologians & professors discuss topics concerning the Catholic Church over a cup of hot coffee that students can get for free in St. Mary's at Espresso UP.
Prayer- Various Thursdays at 9pm in the Ugandan Martyrs Chapel in Shipstad Hall; gives students the opportunity to experience multiple forms of Catholic prayer such as Taize and Adoration on a weekly rotation.
Saturday Rosary - Saturdays at 5pm in the Marian garden.
Special Events - Periodically throughout the year Catholic UP hosts special events both on and off campus. These include trips to the Grotto and Forest Park and astudy breaks during finals.
