Career Services: Internship and Job Fairs

TheFirst Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair sponsored by the Oregon Liberal Arts Placement Consortium (OLAPC) for business and liberal arts majors was held on Friday, April 5th, 2013 at the University of Portland. The First Avenue Career & Graduate School Fair is sponsored by nine liberal arts colleges and universities in Oregon. Over 125 organizations attend to share information about internship, summer job, part-time, and full-time employment opportunities in addition to sharing information about graduate and professional school opportunities.
The NW MBA Consortium Career Expo is a career fair open to all current MBA students from Oregon State University, Portland State University, University of Portland, University of Oregon, University of Washington, Washington State University, and Willamette University. The NW MBA Consortium Career Day took place on Friday, February 1st, 2013. Please check back in late fall 2013 for details about the 2014 expo.
The UP Internship Fair was held on Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Thank you to the students who came out to meet representatives from over 30 organizations and learn more about internship opportunities. Check back in August/September 2013 for details about next year's fair.
The Engineering and Science Career Fair was held on Friday, February 22nd, 2013. Students majoring in engineering, computer science, chemistry, biology, math, physics, and environmental science were invited to attend. Check back in November/December of 2013 for details about next year's fair.
Career Services is located in Orrico Hall, lower level. Office hours are Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
