Intl Studies & Global Outreach Collaborative: Membership

Membership in the International Studies and Global Outreach Collaborative is drawn from throughout the University of Portland community. Representatives from the Office of the Provost, the College of Arts and Sciences, the Pamplin School of Business Administration, the School of Education, the Shiley School of Engineering, the School of Nursing, the Moreau Center for Service and Leadership, the Center for Entrepreneurship, the Studies Abroad programs, International Students Services, the Office of Fellowships and Grants, and the Congregation of Holy Cross comprise the membership of the Collaborative. "I'm studying abroad right now in Santiago de Chile through IES Abroad. I'm taking half of my classes at the IES institute and half at the Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. I'm living with a host family here in Santiago, just one woman named Maria Angelica. I've also just completed a "service learning internship" with Servicio Jesutia a Migantes (Jesuit Service to Migrants) an organization that offers legal help, pastoral outreach, education, social work, and psychologial support for migrants in Chile (mostly from Peru, Bolivia, and now Haiti)."
