Elena Bernard is an Associate Professor of Marketing at the University of Portland’s Pamplin School of Business. She earned her Bachelor of Sciences degree in Business Administration from William Carey College, her MBA from Henderson State University and her Ph.D. from Louisiana State University. Elena’s current research interests include multi-channel integration issues, e-marketing, relationship marketing and social responsibility/sustainability issues. She has had several articles published in the Journal of Retailing, AMA Winter Educator’s Conference Proceedings, and DMEF and DMA Electronic Proceedings. She has also presented articles at various conferences including 2003 AMA Winter Educator’s Conference, 2003 DMEF Educator’s Conference and 2004 AMA Winter Educator’s Winter Conference.
