Events: Event Management System (EMS)

Events is introducing Events Management System (EMS), a flexible and user-friendly campus calendering and space reservation system, this spring to replace a previous solution . 

The public campus calendar will be displayed using the EMS Master Calendar tool at calendar.up.edu and in PilotsUP. 

EMS also provides Virtual EMS which offers fully interactive, real-time access to space reservation information via PilotsUP. After logging in, you can browse your building schedule or search for specific events from any computer with an internet browser. Faculty and staff can submit room reservation requests directly from the web through a secure, user-friendly interface.
