Facilities Planning & Construction: Master Plan

Special note to our Neighbors:

This site contains the Master Plan proposal submitted July 27, 2012 by the University to the City of Portland for review and approval. We welcome comments on this Master Plan submittal - especially from members of the University Park Neighborhood Association. The Master Plan contains 9 chapters with figures, tables, and maps embedded into the narrative. The 4 Master Plan exhibits and the Appendix are listed separately and follow the narrative.

We’ve been pleased to share details of our proposed new Master Plan at a special on-campus Open House for neighbors in April; at the April board and general membership meetings of UPNA; and at a special North Portland Review Session sponsored by UPNA on June 18, 2012. Many of the helpful comments and suggestions we received as a result of this extensive community outreach have been incorporated into this Master Plan proposal.
