Facilities Planning & Construction: Functions and Duties

• Manage and coordinate the implementation of the Master Plan in order to provide a physical environment supportive of the University’s mission of teaching and learning, faith and formation, and service and leadership.
• Develop and implement energy conservation measures to constrain reoccurring costs to the University and to reduce environmental pollution.
• Ensure ADA compliance and energy efficiency.
• Exercise prudent management of capital budgets to protect the University’s financial resources.
