Welcome to the University of Portland Financial Affairs Division. The Financial Affairs Division includes the offices of Budget, Controller, Payroll, Student Accounts and the Bookstore. Our goal is to responsibly steward the fiscal and physical assets of the University to maintain the strength of the institution and ensure continued success.
