Financial Affairs: Budget

The primary purpose in budget development is to assist the Officers in establishing an annual operating budget. The operating budget presents the University’s financial cycle in direct relation with the Strategic Plan and the University mission. The operating budget is a comprehensive statement that reflects current and future goals. The University relies on a wide-ranging, multi-month process to develop the budget.
