Founders Day: 2013 Featured Students

	During her time as a UP student, Whitney Raffle spent a semester in Granada, Spain and several weeks in India. Her Founders Day presentation will focus on the research she conducted in India about the empowerment of women through healthcare choices.
	Amanda Pilcher, a senior history major and music minor, has been inspired by her professors at UP. After graduating, she plans to do a year of service work before entering graduate school for history and starting a career as a history professor.
	Tim Luethke's Founders Day presentation will focus on the research he conducted in UP's Crab Lab. Tim hopes to take the experiences he learned doing this research and apply them to a future career as an ecologist for the National Parks Service.
