The University of Portland Graduate School's test requirements vary depending upon the program in which you are interested. Below is a list of our graduate programs and their respective test requirements:

Business Administration	GMAT
MS Finance	GMAT or GRE
Communication Studies	GRE
Drama	GRE
Education: MA	GRE
Education: MAT	MAT: all applicants must take one of the following Basic Skills tests ORELA Essential Academic Skills (EAS), or CBEST, or PRAXIS I (PPST), or WEST-B (in Washington state) MAT: all applicants must take the Elementary Education Subtest I and II MAT: Applicants who wish to teach at the Middle and/or high school level must take  - Subject area: ORELA Subject Area Test
Engineering	GRE
Nursing	GRE or Miller Analogies Test
Theology	GRE

All International applicants are required to complete either the TOEFL or the IELTS exam in order to demonstrate a proficiency in the English language.
