Health Center: Appointments

The Health Center is not a walk-in clinic, though we do our best to accommodate as many patients as possible on any given day.  If you would like to schedule an appointment with the Health Center, please contact us by phone,
(503) 943-7134.
Office Hours: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

Appointments will only be made in person or over the phone, no appointments will be made via email correspondence.

Emergencies
If you have a medical emergency and you are on campus dial x4444. If you are off campus dial 911.  If you have an immediate mental health emergency, call the Multnomah County Crisis Line at (503) 988-4888.

Appointment Day
Please arrive 5-10 min early to your scheduled appointment. This allows for paperwork and processing into our system.  If you arrive after your appointment time has started, you may not be seen and will need to reschedule for another time.

Reschedule or Cancel an Appointment
If you need to re-schedule or cancel an appointment, please call the Health Center at (503) 943-7134.

Missed Appointments and/or No Show's: We will make every effort to accommodate you the same day but as a courtesy to all our patients you may be rescheduled. Please make every effort to come to your appointment.
