Health Center: Nutrition Resources on Campus
Starting your college career is a time of transition, and the beginning of your life as an adult. One part of that transition is learning to eat on your own, without the structure of home or a consistent schedule. Whether you’re eating on or off campus, it’s up to you to decide when and what to eat. Some students decide to replicate their usual diets from home, while others make changes that may result in weight gain or weight loss. Sometimes students struggle with eating disorders or disordered eating. Students who are also athletes may find particular nutritional challenges as they struggle to meet the increased demand on their bodies, while also juggling coursework.
