Health Center: Adjustment Issues
College can be a time of exciting and challenging life transitions. For some students this represents the first time of being on their own. This new freedom can be both exhilarating and frightening, and sometimes it is helpful to have help in navigating the onslaught of changes that life in college can bring. For others, concerns about what to do after college can trigger worries and fears that can feel paralyzing. Our professional counselors have experience working with students facing a variety of transition issues, and encourage students to seek out support during this time if needed.
