Regence Student Health
All full-time undergraduate students are encouraged to participate in the University's group health insurance plan. Please review the 2014-2015 Regence Student Health Insurance Brochure for a brief overview of coverage. Additional information, brochures and claim forms are available from the Regence website or by calling Customer Service at 1-888-526-9622.
Health Insurance Waiver
If you expect to be covered through a health insurance plan outside the University, e.g., through a parent's policy, you must request exemption from the University group health insurance plan by completing and submitting a health insurance waiver. Unless you complete this waiver, you will be automatically billed for the University's group insurance premium at registration each semester during the regular academic year. A link to the health insurance waiver may be found on the Student Accounts web page under "Quick Links".
Part-time and Graduate Students
Part-time and graduate students are not required to participate in the University group insurance plan. Summer insurance coverage is available if you wish to take advantage of this plan on a year-round basis. For those students enrolled beginning in the spring or summer semester, a separate application process is required.
