This policy manual is designed to provide accurate and timely information on University policies relating to employees and their relationship with the University. Information is presented in the following categories:

This manual contains a set of basic performance expectations for administrators and staff. All employees are expected to perform at a high level consistent with their job responsibilities, represent the University in a manner consistent with our Catholic identity, and treat others with dignity and respect.
This handbook was written with the nonacademic staff of the University in mind. Members of the faculty should consult the Faculty Handbook for information and policies pertinent to their positions.
The policies and benefit plans referred to in this policy manual are intended to be ongoing and the University reserves the right to amend, modify or terminate these plans at any time. Changes in benefit plans or policies will be communicated through publications such as UPbeat, written or e-mail correspondence to employees, and through updates to this Web site.
