Human Resources: Flexible Spending Accounts

The Human Resources Office works closely with the Office of the Controller to be able to offer our employees the opportunity to participate in the Section 125 Flexible Spending Account.  We offer an opportunity for both the Healthcare FSA and the Childcare FSA.  This benefit is currently being administered by Flex-Plan Services Incorporated.  Provided below are links to their website and FSA forms.

Employees who participated in Flex-Plan for the 2012 calendar year have until March 31, 2013 to submit claims for expenses incurred on March 15, 2013 or before. Contact Flex Plan Services at 1-800-669-3539 for more information.
