The Ape Cave, was formed by lava flow from the Mt. St. Helen's volcano about 2,000 years ago, and now is the longest continuous lava tube in the continental US. Join us for a day trip to the Gifford Pinchot National Forest. We will take the stairway entrance into the cave and do some exploring in and around the cave.&amp;#160;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Trip Details:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Saturday, April 6th&lt;br /&gt;
10:45am Meet us by the fireplace in the Commons after eating breakfast.&amp;#160;&amp;#160;&lt;br /&gt;
11:00am Depart from Campus for the Ape Cave&lt;br /&gt;
3:30pm Depart Ape Cave and return to Campus&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cost:&lt;/strong&gt; $5.00 for Trip costs + Bring your own lunch&lt;br /&gt;
