Judicial Affairs: Introduction

The judicial affairs program is administered through the Office of the Vice President for Enrollment Management and Student Life and the day to day responsibilities are delegated to the University Judicial Coordinator.

The purpose of the policies and procedures within the University Regulations and Life on the Bluff are to maintain the general welfare of the University community. The University strives to make the campus community a place of study, work, and residence where people are treated, and treat one another, with respect and courtesy. The University views the judicial affairs process as a learning experience that can result in growth and personal understanding of one’s responsibilities and privileges within both the University community and the greater community.

All students must follow these policies and procedures.  Students who violate these policies and procedures will be subject to the actions described in the University Regulations and Life On The Bluff.  The judicial affairs program is designed to be just to all who are involved in the conduct process.
