Speech assistants are glad and prepared to help with preparation and practice of public speeches and presentations. Assistance is available by appointment only and takes place in the Learning Resource Center in Franz Hall 120. Your first step to making an appointment is to an email one of the speech assistants. Just click on one of the speech assistant
e-mail hotline addresses to send a request for an appointment with one of our speech assistants. Please include days and times when you can meet.

A speech assistant will contact you within 24 hours to set an appointment and to provide you with a link to our online “speech conference goals form.”
You must fill out this form prior to meeting with your speech assistant.Individual appointments: In your email to the speech assistant, please include at least two different times/days you could meet (e.g., Tuesday from 2:00 to 3:00 pm, or Wednesday from 9:00 to 10:00 am. Appointments last from 20 minutes to 60 minutes depending on your goals for the session.
