The Holy Cross International Justice Office animates and unites the social justice work of the four Congregations of Holy Cross. Providing issue analyses, action strategies, and networking opportunities, the Office seeks to develop a well-informed, unified, public Holy Cross voice which impacts the critical justice issues of our time.
The Downtown Chapel of St. Vincent de Paul Parish provides a ministry of prayer, service, and education. Their Open Door Ministries provides a Morning Hospitality Program, a Food Pantry, and Brother Andre Cafe, which provides a warm meal every Friday night. As a parish, the Downtown Chapel gathers in prayer each day for Mass, prayer groups, and for many other events. They continue to grow their efforts of educational and reflective opportunities such as Downtown Chapel Connects: Finding God in the Poor.
Holy Redeemer is a Catholic parish staffed by the Congregation of Holy Cross and located about two miles from campus.
Holy Cross Parish is located in North Portland, less than one mile from campus.

The Holy Cross Vocation Office provides ministry and formation for young people being called to Holy Cross vocation. With nearly 2000 priests, brothers, sisters, and seminarians in universities, colleges, high schools, foreign missions, parishes, social justice ministries and other apostolic works on five continents, Holy Cross is growing in the 21st century as Educators in the Faith. The community's seal is the cross and anchors with the motto, Spes Unica: The Cross, Our Only Hope. Its initials (C.S.C.) are Latin for Congregatio of Santa Cruce.
