How do I apply for a CSWS Job?
Students eligible for federal Community Service Work Study need to complete an application (below) and e-mail it to the Moreau Center for Service and Leadership. As part of the application, students are asked to specify which positions they are interested in applying for. You may apply for as few or as many positions as you are interested in.
Complete applications must be submitted to the Moreau Center electronically before the interview and placement process can begin. Questions regarding this process can be directed to moreaucenter@up.edu.
Where do I get an application?
Applications are only available electronically (see below) Hard
copies are not available and will not be accepted. Please save your
application in the following format: "LAST_FIRST_CSWS_App.doc" and
e-mail to moreaucenter@up.edu.
When are applications due?
Applications will be accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.
There is a limited number of positions so it is important to turn your
application in as soon as possible.
Where can I drop off my application?
Nowhere! Applications are only accepted electronically. Please email your completed application to moreaucenter@up.edu.

electronically because we will be sharing your application with
Community Placement supervisors for the interview and hiring process.
We need to have all documents electronically so we can share them by
email. This makes the process easier for all of us and saves trees too!
What happens after I submit my application?
The Moreau Center will review all submissions on a rolling basis and forward applications for eligible work study applicants to their appropriate agency. These agencies will then contact the students they wish to interview or include in their hiring process. If an agency hires you, you must inform the Moreau Center in order to get paid.
