Her SelfWe recently asked the quiet smiling Oregon photographer Steve Hambuchen to wander around campus for a while and catch every Madonna he could find, which he did with his usual diligence, and here are many Marys — statues, paintings, sculptures. It’s her calm grace that always gets us and reminds us that this sweet patient Jewish girl uttered the most momentous yes ever, forever and ever amen. |
