UP professor to present “Which teacher communication abilities matter most?” Wednesday Sept. 26
Kerssen-Griep’s research examines skilled cross-cultural contact and how key interpersonal aptitudes sustain effective teaching-learning relationships. Kerssen-Griep is department chair of the communication studies program and teaches courses in communication theory as well as interpersonal, small group, intercultural, and barrier-crossing communication.
