The Bulletin is published annually to provide information about the University’s courses, programs, services, practices, and policies. Information in each Bulletin is current as of June 1 of the publication year. Students should refer to the Bulletin published the year they first matriculated at the University for academic program requirements. However, the contents of the Bulletin do not constitute a contract between the University and its students. The University reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue at any time, any element in its structure or organization, including its professional schools, departments, programs of study, undergraduate and graduate majors, and individual courses, as well as any other services offered, or fees charged. If regulations, program requirements, or services described in the Bulletin conflict with current practice the latter will prevail.
