Course Offering Forms 

The Office of the Registrar has created a calendar for all Bulletin, Course Schedule and Room Assignment deadlines. Please take a moment to look over these dates. The items that are highlighted with color are for the Bulletin.

The course offering forms are used to make any changes to the course catalog (Bulletin). This would include adding courses, deleting courses, changing the title, fees, course description, prerequisite, co-requisite, etc. These forms (Course Offering Addition, Course Offering Change, or Course Offering Deletion) are also on the Forms Page in PilotsUP under Provost.  These changes can only be made for the next academic year.
