• Summer Room Assignment Published & Fall Optimization in EMS

EMS Campus is now callled EMS Campus Planning Interface (CPI).  Summer room assignment has now been published.  You can view the assignment in EMS CPI or in the dynamic course schedule. The Optimization phase has begun for Fall.  Faculty and staff can view their preferences entered by going to EMS CPI.  More information is available on the Classrooms page. 

If you have any questions, please contact classrooms@up.edu or x7321.  You must attend a training session (group or individual) to be eligible for a login and password for access to EMS CPI.  Please contact your dean/department chair to find out if you are responsible for entering your own preferences. 

• Degree Application

The last day to apply for Spring 2013 graduation was October 1, 2012.
The last day to apply for Summer 2013 graduation was February 1, 2013.
The last day to apply for Fall 2013 graduation was March 1, 2013.

May 27th- University Closed (Memorial Day Observed)
June 10th- First day of 2nd 8-week session
June 20th- Last day of 1st 6-week session
June 24th- First day of 2nd 6-week session
July 3rd- Last day of 1st 8-week session
July 4th- University Closed (Independence Day Observed)
August 1st- Last day of Summer classes (2nd 6-week & 2nd 8-week sessions)
August 2nd - Degrees Conferred
