Registrar: Schedule Changes

All course additions, cancellations, and changes to dates, times or instructors made after the original schedule has been submitted must be submitted on the Schedule Change Form.  If you have multiple changes, excluding the addition or cancellation of courses, you may use the Schedule Change - Changes Only Form.

Changes

All schedule changes require this form to execute, except changes in maximum capacity, which may be sent via email.

Cancellations

In order to cancel a class, all registrations must be dropped.  It is the responsibility of the school/department to notify each student of the course cancellation.

Additions

• Only fully approved courses may be added to the schedule.
• Seminars and workshops will not be added without a one-time course approval form.
• Room preferences/requirements can be noted, but should officially be requested in EMS Campus
