Registrar: Changing Majors, Minors or Degrees

In order to add, drop, or change your major, minor, or degree, please fill out the appropriate form below. You will need to fill out all the required fields before printing. Once you have completed the form, print it and bring it to the school where the changes will be made in. For complete instructions, click here.

Change of Major
Replace one major with another in the same school.  (Business students must complete lower division BUS classes and math requirement before declaring.)

Declaration of Additional Major
Add an additional major (2nd, 3rd, etc) to your current major. (Business students must complete lower division BUS classes and math requirement before declaring.)


Declaration of Additional Degree
Add an additional degree to your curriculum. You will be required to complete 30 additional hours to graduate with multiple degrees.

Declaration of Minor
Add a minor.

Drop of Major/Minor/Degree
Drop (undeclare) an already declared major, minor, or additional degree.

Transfer Within the University
Replace your current major with a major in a different school.
