New Features
EMS Campus will now be called Campus Planning Interface (CPI)

• Search for Rooms button to browse for available space
• Dual Mode in which you can edit courses and set preferences at  the same time 
• Reports button to run reports previously only available to the Registrar's Office
• Room Settings Box --includes Set Standard Preferences or Room Not Required
• We have edited the list of features to reduce confusion with room types and features

The following reports are available to departments through login to the CPI:

• Course List
• Course Preference Report
• Preference Summary
• Instructor Back-to-Back Report
• Instructor Summary
• Final Exam Schedule

EMS 3.0
New Features in EMS Campus

The sort and filter feature has more options:

• Enter text to filter courses by any of the columns
• Sort or filter by drop down in selected columns
• Multi-select courses by using the shift/control key
• Change the order of columns by clicking, dragging and dropping to preferred location
• Make sure to clear filter—otherwise it retains the information last entered

The Room Not Required button is available to departments

• Previously only the Registrar’s Office could utilize this button
• This option can now be selected to notify our office that no room is necessary
  

Choose up to 3 specific rooms

• Previously only 1 room could be selected
• This allows for additional, simillar spaces to be selected in order of preference
