Neighborhood children invited to HALLoween in the residence halls on Wednesday, Oct. 31
Local neighborhood children and children of UP faculty and staff are invited to trick-or-treat through the University of Portland residence halls on Halloween night, Wednesday Oct. 31 from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. HALLoween is open to all children sixth grade and under.
This annual tradition is a great way for children and their families to enjoy Halloween in a safe and controlled environment. The University’s resident students enjoy this fun opportunity to give and reach out to members of their neighboring community.
All children wishing to participate in HALLoween must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Picture identification is required upon check in for all parents/guardians. Access to the residence halls cannot be granted to those who do not have a picture ID.
All attending will be required to check in under the tent in front of the Chiles Center. G’hosts (student escorts) will direct children and families to the residence halls. Pets are not allowed in the residence halls.
HALLoween is sponsored by the University’s Residence Hall Association (RHA) and Office of Residence Life.
