Student Accounts: Online Payments
Pay Online
The University of Portland has partnered with Tuition Managements Systems (TMS) to enable online payments. Through the TMS website, payments can be processed for tuition, fees, room and board and other related balances. TMS accepts Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards, and electronic checks. A convenience fee is charged by TMS for this service.
