Studies Abroad: Salzburg Year - Requirements

Each year, 40 students are accepted to the Salzburg program.

Upon acceptance, please return the following forms together to BC 161 no later than April 1st Travel Information

• 2013-2014 International Student Identification Card Application Form
• Class Registration Form
• Copy of Passport
• Copy of Birth Certificate
• Roommate Questionnaire

Medical forms must be turned into the University of Portland Health Center (503-943-7134, located in Orrico Hall).
