Studies Abroad: Forms & Applications

Applications:
Students are encouraged to visit the Study Abroad office before filling out applications. Applications are available in Buckley Center 161 starting in September 2012. Decisions will be announced by the start of the spring semester in January 2013 (after fall grades).

Forms:
The forms required for the Study Abroad programs are listed below. If you are unable to print the forms, you can come into the Studies Abroad office (BC 161) to pick up hard copies. Any questions about the material on the forms or which forms students are required to fill out should be addressed to Belinda Chamness at 503-943-7857 or chamness@up.edu.
