Technical Support: Help Desk
Do you have a problem with technology? Then the Help Desk staff are the people to help. The Help Desk is the nerve center for the Office of Technical Support. They manage calls for all network, PilotsUP, and Banner issues, as well as general computer assistance for applications and hardware. The University of Portland Help Desk assists all students, staff and faculty.
