RCCs
Students that are having computer and telephone problems can contact their Residential Computer Consultant (RCC) for help. Each residence hall has its own RCC. Contact information for RCCs for 2012/2013 is posted below:

Game Console Registration
Students will need to register their game consoles with the Help Desk before they are able to connect them to the network. To do so, print a copy of the Game Console Registration form and schedule a time with your Residence Hall's RCC to register the Mac address. Once the form is signed by an RCC, it can be turned into the Help Desk.

Help Desk Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday: 7am to 6pm
Friday: 7am to 5pm
Summer/Breaks:
Monday - Friday: 7am to 5pm
If you would like to report a major outage outside of normal business hours, please contact Public Safety at 503-943-7161.
