Web & Administrative Systems: Request a Project

WAS project requests are begun by submitting a Request a Project Form (login required).   Project requests are reviewed once a week with IS managers and the Chief Information Officer of the University.  Due to the coordination needed to gather key information for project initiation, many conversations and meetings around the new project idea may have already occurred. To start this process, however, please gather the following general pieces of information and submit them via the form.

• Description of the need, potential solution, and impacts
• Desired start and finish date
• Benefit analysis
• Funding resources
