Web & Administrative Systems: Web Assistance & Training
Web & administrative systems understands how the distance between your great idea and seeing it on the web can seem vast. We are here to help. We support and staff a Web Management Center, offer a twice-weekly web resources drop-in lab, and are available for consultation and desk-side training. Our goal is to provide you with the tools and help you need to confidently make the web a useful resource.
Web Management Center
The Web Management Center offers specific web resource support to departments, offices, and programs. If you need extra hands to help with your University Sherpa-built web site, online PerfectForms forms and reports, or editing digital images, please consider using the Web Management Center. The student web managers are available to assist with the following:
The student web managers are trained and managed by web and administrative systems. There is no cost for their assistance. To learn more about using the Center's resources, please contact WAS. |
Web Resources Drop-in Lab
Web and administrative systems offers web-related training in Sherpa, PilotsUP, and PerfectForms. We offer formal training as the need is identified. Please contact WAS to request a specific class.Web and administrative systems offers a twice-weekly drop-in lab for informal training, burning questions, or general web assistance. The drop-in labs occur every Friday at 3 PM in Franz Hall 33. Please come to ask questions or find a quiet time to work on your website. You do not need to make an appointment. |
