Anjanette Raber

Anjanette RaberAssistant Professor of Nursing

Anjanette Raber has served as a registered nurse for more than 15 years in both Oregon and Indiana. She has focused her clinical expertise in women’s health. She also has experience in public health as a postdoctoral fellow in evaluation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and as a lead evaluator for the Oregon Health Authority. Her work at the OHA included supporting agency-wide efforts on health system transformation and leading health policy analysis of major initiatives related to health care transformation or of significant interest to the governor’s office, state agencies, and multiple healthcare stakeholders groups. Anjie holds both a master’s and Ph.D. in nursing education; her dissertation focused on the interaction between faculty and students in the clinical setting. She will continue this research in her role as a faculty member at the University of Portland. She is a native Oregonian.
