Enrollment Packet and Checklist for Confirmed Students

There is a lot to do before Orientation! Read through the Enrollment Packet and follow the checklist below to make sure you are on top of it all. Secure your spot with your enrollment confirmation deposit, which must be postmarked by May 1 (extended to June 1, 2020) for fall entry.  Late deposits will be accepted on a space-available basis only.

First-Year Enrollment Packet, 2020-2021 Transfer Enrollment Packet, 2020-2021

All Students by May 10 (extended to June 10, 2020)

  • Setup PilotsUP email account (instructions sent via email)
  • New Student Registration and Advising Survey
  • Housing Application (available now for all students who are applying for housing)

Confirmed Students If Applicable

*Transfer students who confirm after June 1 should complete the above items as soon as possible.

Remember to:

  • Request your final high school and/any college transcript(s) be sent to UP by July 1.

  • Request that UP receives your test scores by July 1 (unless you receive new scores after this date) to evaluate your fall registration for higher placement. (AP scores of 4 & 5 may be eligible for college credit and HL IB scores of 5, 6, or 7 may be eligible for college credit.) Please send transcripts and test scores to:

  • Visit the Health Center Online Portal to send your measles immunization records.
