Enrollment Packet and Checklist for Confirmed Students

There is a lot to do before Orientation! Read through the Enrollment Packet and follow the checklist below to make sure you are on top of it all. Secure your spot with your enrollment confirmation deposit. The submission and postmark deadline for fall entry first-year student deposits is May 1 (extended to July 1, 2020). The submission and postmark deadline for fall entry transfer student deposits is prior to course registration.

All Confirmed Students (as soon as possible after confirming enrollment)

  • Setup PilotsUP email account (instructions sent via email)
  • New Student Registration and Advising Survey

Confirmed Students If Applicable

*Transfer students who confirm after June 1 should complete the above applicable items as soon as possible.

Remember to:

  • Request your final high school and/or college transcript(s) be sent to UP by July 1.
  • Request that UP receives your test scores by July 1 (unless you receive new scores after this date) to evaluate your fall registration for higher placement.
    • AP scores of 4 & 5 may be eligible for college credit.
    • Due to cancelled IB testing this spring, students who earn a B or higher in an HL class will earn a maximum of 3 or 4 UP credits depending on the HL course.
