Enrollment Packet and Checklist for Confirmed Students

There is a lot to do before Orientation! Read through the Enrollment Packet and follow the checklist below to make sure you are on top of it all. Secure your spot with your enrollment confirmation deposit. The submission and postmark deadline for fall entry first-year student deposits is May 1. The submission and postmark deadline for fall entry transfer student deposits is prior to course registration. All Confirmed Students

  • Set up your PilotsUP email account (instructions sent to your personal email address within 5 days of confirming enrollment)
  • Complete the New Student Registration and Advising Survey (you will receive a link in your up.edu email). Available in spring for fall entry students.
  • Input your immunization records in the student health portal at hccportal.up.edu.
  • Get your UP ID Card (anytime from the day you confirm to before your first class begins). Bring a government-issued photo ID to Campus Safety and get your photo taken for your UP ID. Please note that during summer Orientation in August, there will be a centralized station for ID Card photos.

Confirmed Students If Applicable

*Transfer students who confirm after June 1 should complete the above applicable items as soon as possible.

Remember to:

  • Request your official final high school and/or college transcript(s) be sent to UP by July 1.
  • Request that UP receives your test scores by July 1 (unless you receive new scores after this date, then have them sent as soon as they are available) to evaluate your fall registration for higher placement. 
    • AP scores of 4 & 5 may be eligible for college credit.
    • IB higher level (HL) scores of 5,6,7 may be eligible for college credit.
